Salt therapy, or halotherapy, is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial – 100% natural, drug-free, and safe . Each power relaxation session is 10 mins with 5 minute set-up on each end. Options include Avina X1 Red Light mask and Myndstream.

Kick Start Package

Halotherapy is a natural remedy & takes time to kick start your body's response. This package is set up to get you breathing better so you can function better. 2-3 sessions for 2-3 weeks, then 1-2 for 2 weeks, then 1 per week to maintain.

Halotherapy Membership

1 session per calendar week of Halotherapy with your choice of Myndstream programs. This is a maintenance package after completing the Kick Start Package

Avina X1 is an advanced LED face mask designed for skincare and facial rejuvenation. Select NIR, Red, or Blue light. Please remove skincare products and makeup before use. 15-20 minute sessions with 5 minutes prep on either end. (2 months on - 1 month break)
