Dry Salt Therapy Booth

Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial – 100% natural, drug-free, and safe. Your impactful relaxtion session awaits. Wear loose fitting, light colors. Please, no strong perfumes or strong body odors as they will overpower you in the booth and linger. Each power relaxation session is 20 minutes. HSA/FSA ELIGIBLE.

Smell & Taste Protocol

This session uses the protocol developed by Yolondo Luope in Redding CA to help get back smell and taste after Long Covid. In one sitting, at least 3 sessions of dry salt and her special breathing techniques are used. Each 10-minute session is $40, so the total amount for the complete session will vary. Smell and taste tests will be done with chocolate, herbs, and vinegar. Please let us know prior to sessions if you have allergies. This session can take over an hour. Everybody is different. What works for some may not work for everyone one. I can't guarantee you will recover your tase and smell from this session.

Serenity Package

Elevate your wellness experience. Combine 40 minutes of SOVI VibroAcoustic Sound & LED Light Mask with a 15-minute Halotherapy session. This unique pairing harnesses the therapeutic benefits of sound & salt therapy & and light to create a truly immersive and restorative experience. Wear loose fitting, light colors. Please, no strong perfumes or odors as they will overpower you in the salt booth. Sessions times vary based on LED selection with 5 min prep at each end.

VibroAcoustic Intake (PureVAT)

This is a FREE consultation to determine if VAT, using pure frequencies, is right for you! This is an incomplete list, but if the following conditions are present, we can not offer pureVAT to you. Active or borderline psychosis, open wounds, external or internal bleeding, recent thrombosis, pacemaker or early pregnancy. An intake is required prior to scheduling a pureVAT session. It is not required for VAM (VibroAcoustic Music) session.

VibroAcoustic (PureVAT)

THIS IS AN INTRODUCTORY PRICE ONLY. Think of VibroAcoustic Therapy as a low-frequency sound massage that penetrates the body. Specific frequencies in the 30-120Hz range have been shown to be beneficial in providing temporary relief or remission of symptoms from various conditions. With VAT, (VibroAcoustic Therapy) FREQUENCIES are delivered to the user through our specialized curved lounger. No music is played so the mind can focus on the light vibrations targeting the body. With the application of targeted frequencies, intention & focus on the body, relief may be found in as little as one session. 30-minute session with pre & post intake. Intake is required to determine the correct frequency.

VibroAcoustic Music (VAM)

Experience our relaxing CurvaLounger with the SOVI sound system to create a one of a kind VibroAcoustic Music. This truly unique therapeutic table vibrates to the music for a one of a kind immersive and restorative experience. Sessions are approximately 45-minutes with prep at each end. Prep includes circular breath work.

Red Light Mask Session

Try our luxury Avina X1 LED Mask from South Korea. Use red light for collegan boosting to reduce fine lines or blue to kill acne causing bacteria. 15-20 minutes per session with 5 minutes prep. Please remove skincare products and makeup before use.
